We believe trust and competence are important in any business relationship. Lynn has over 25 years experience as an executive in the manufacturing industry. Much of his time is devoted to understanding the needs and concerns of people. He is also a licensed residential builder in both North and South Carolina. Lynn and Beth were in the home building business before relocating to Oconee County. In addition, Lynn is a retired Lt. Colonel in the Army National Guard.

We understand the anxiety you face when you leave your vacation/weekend home to return to your primary residence hours away. Our aim is to give you an additional sense of security in your absence and to try to eliminate surprising and sometimes unpleasant home care issues.
